HuntingHole Deer Hunting Team Contest.
We will have 3 members on a team.
the teams will be selected by the huntinghole. once you are notified about a your team members, you will have 3 days to let us
know there is an issue with the team you are on.(no changes after that)
The hunting hole staff, mods, and contest sponsors that want to participate in the contest will be allowed to, but are not
eligible for any of the "game hunt" prizes. (Sorry Guys!)
there is a registration 5.00 fee to participate in the contest. (fee will be used for prizes and costs associated)
you will be registered and assigned to a team when your fee is received. ( send it as soon as your ready to begin)

Registration may be made via PayPal to administrator@huntinghole.com ( please add .25 for paypal) or Credit Card payment upon PM request to huntingh,
or you may mail a check to:

Prizes will be awarded to the top 2 firearms teams and top 2 Bow Teams (packages for each wining team will be selected by huntinghole)

Scoring of Deer are as follows:

Doe:
first =10 points
additional =5 points
doe bonus =5 points (shoot a doe and get it entered before a buck)

Buck =5 points plus 1 point per antler point.(a 6 point buck would score 11 points)

* your entry will require a photo of you and the Deer along with a photo of the Deer and current Deer tag/license.
*you may only enter 1 Buck per contest per team member.
*you may replace your Buck entry if your allowed more than 1 buck in your state.
*antler point must be at least 1 inch

*In the event of a tie in either bow or firearm contests the bucks entered in the contest for the teams that are in a tie, will use the following score chart

along with "readable" photos of measurements, total score of all bucks per team will be the winner.

* ALL Deer must be taken in accordance with each team members local hunting laws.

Not that it matters, but, when does the contest end? For the most part our deer seasons end around the middle of November.

Well ours in Mo doesn't end till middle of Jan. so probably then unless someone else s season is open longer.

Extended archery season in KS doesn't end until the end of Jan.

Sash, are the teams made up yet? Never got notified of who my teammates were.

We wont close the contest until everyone that is registered, season is closed.
